The Information Technology Services (ITS) department provides computing services and support for ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ College.

E-Mail Accounts

ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ College provides Microsoft hosted . Because ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ email is an essential means of communication on the ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ campus, all students need to check their ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ e-mail account regularly. ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ email can be accessed via the web, mobile devices/smartphones and through most standard e-mail clients.

Computing Accounts

ƽÌØÎå²»ÖÐ students are provided computing accounts for file storage, print and e-mail services. These accounts also offer access to public computers, software, library databases, online course material, course registration, the Internet and other network services.

Personal Computers

ITS recommends that personal computers should run the most current operating system for their platform. Currently, Apple computers should run Mac OS X 10.14 or higher and Windows-based PCs should run Windows 11 or higher. Your computer should also be equipped with antivirus software and use secure passwords, pins, or biometric authentication such as face ID or fingerprint ID.

Wireless networking is available in all residential and academic buildings. In addition, many outdoor spaces also have wireless.

Microsoft Office is available for free to students via our campus-wide site licensing agreements. Information regarding this program is available on the or by calling the ITS Service Desk at (909) 621-8061.

ITS offers limited software and operating system support for student-owned equipment. For liability reasons, ITS employees cannot perform hardware repairs on student-owned computers.
