Printed Tickets

Please bring your original ticket. Receipts or confirmation emails cannot be used in place of tickets.

Digital Tickets 

Tickets shown electronically on phones, tablets or other devices will not be accepted unless the barcode can be scanned. In the event the barcode isn't working, a paper ticket can be printed at the Box Office for an original purchaser with ID.

Resale of Tickets

Bridges Auditorium does not contract with or operate a third-party or reseller marketplace. Tickets will only be honored if purchased or transferred directly through the Bridges Auditorium approved ticket vendor, AudienceView Professional (OvationTix). We reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone without a valid ticket. Bridges Auditorium is not responsible for the refund or exchange of fraudulent tickets.

Accessible Seating

Bridges Auditorium is an accessible venue to persons with disabilities. Both accessible parking and accessible seating are available. Patrons needing reasonable accommodations may contact the Bridges Auditorium Box Office prior to the performance by email at boxoffice@pomona.edu, or by phone at (909) 607-1139 for assistance. Ticketing Fees

To ensure our patrons receive quality service and ease of access, Bridges Auditorium may incorporate Convenience, Handling, Processing and Building Preservation fees, which are standard in the theatre and ticketing industry. All fees are clearly noted on our ticketing website prior to checkout and payment.
The fees we charge go toward the maintenance of this historic venue and expenses related to the ticket ordering process, such as:

  • Access to online ticket sales and interactive seat maps that allow our patrons to choose their own seats.
  • The convenience of printing or downloading your own tickets at home to avoid lines at the Box Office.
  • Maintaining the email database that allows us to keep our patrons informed about events.
  • Staffing, equipment, supplies and postage to promptly take, fill, print or mail your order.

Photos and Audio/Video Recording

Photography and audio/video recording of any performance or the possession of recording devices inside the theatre is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in being asked to leave the venue, confiscation of devices, or legal action.

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. All performances and programs are subject to change without prior notice. There are no refunds unless a performance is canceled and not rescheduled. Refunds are made solely to the original purchaser via the original purchase method and may only include the ticket price. Fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to the performance and will only be available for performances of the same show, exchanges between shows is not allowed.  Additional fees may apply for any and all exchanges.

Lost Tickets

If you have lost or misplaced your tickets we can reprint them. Contact the Bridges Auditorium Box Office by email at boxoffice@pomona.edu, or by phone at (909) 607-1139.  A reprint fee may be applied.

Tax-Deductible Ticket Donations

If you are unable to attend a performance, your tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible contribution. An acknowledgement or receipt will be iisued the original purchaser by request.

Discount Pricing for Children and Seniors

For events that have age-based discounts: tickets priced for seniors are for those ages 60 or older and tickets priced for children are for ages 12 and under.  Many events have special pricing for Claremont College students, faculty and staff. Tickets for Children

Children are welcome to attend most events at Bridges Auditorium, please note that EVERY PATRON MUST HAVE A TICKET REGARDLESS OF AGE. 

As a courtesy to other guests, please bear in mind that not all performances are appropriate for young children, particularly where silence is a prerequisite for full enjoyment of the artistic experience. Patrons are reminded that it is best to remove a crying or disruptive child to the lobby until they are settled.

General Information

  • As a courtesy to both patrons and performers, please turn off all electronic devices during performances.
  • Theatrical smoke and strobing light effects are often used in performances.
  • In deference to the performers and other audience members, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager at an appropriate pause in the program.
  • Please enjoy your food from concessions before entering the auditorium seating areas. Outside food is not allowed unless medically neccessary. Sealed commercial water or reuseable water bottles with a tight fitting lid are allowed, but may be subject to a security check. 
  • Lost articles left inside the Auditorium may be inquired about by email at bridgesauditorium@pomona.edu, or by phone at (909) 621-8032.
  • Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the Auditorium.
  • Bridges Auditorium does not have a dress code policy, but show promoters may have suggestions for attire in the event description.
